How are prices calculated?
Roller, zebra, pleated, venetian, vertical and motorised blinds are priced per square metre; sizes are rounded up to 10 cm with a 2 m² minimum. Sheers, drapes and blackout are priced per metre of fabric (width × fullness); sun shades and rails per metre of width.
Who takes the measurements?
You can enter them on the site. On Istanbul's European side you can book a free home visit and we'll measure.
Is fitting free?
Measuring and fitting are free on Istanbul's European side. Other provinces receive their order by courier with all fitting parts included.
When will my curtain arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, it's made in 3–5 working days and shipped or fitted within 1–2 working days.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over 1,500 TL; otherwise 149 TL.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (iyzico secure payment, up to 12 instalments) and bank transfer.
Can I return my order?
Made-to-measure curtains are exempt from the right of withdrawal by law. Manufacturing faults or shipping damage are replaced free of charge.
